Job DescriptionProject Management is part of Publicis Global Operations, which is a Groupe wide practice driving transformation across Publicis solution hubs through a connected global network, proprietary technology, and scalable best in-class processes, empowering global marketing and digital business transformation.Project Management fulfills all project scopes. The successful Project Manager will maintain clear lines of communication, make connections with new groups, and keep documentation of the ongoing project and associated processes.You will report to the Executive Vice President, Global Operations.Responsibilities:The Global Operations Team coordinates the development and rollout of numerous customer solutions. As part of the project management team, you will take on the following tasks:Manage project deliverables including creating, updating, and monitoring of project roadmapsIdentify project partners, plan partner management, and manage partners' involvement for all assigned projects.Conduct ongoing risk assessments and develop mitigation plansCoordinate data and document acquisition in cooperation with the local contacts of the Publicis Groupe networkLead meetings for the appropriate project/team managementManage project scope definition: identification, documentation & identify and prioritization of requirements; scope validation; and monitor scope for the assigned projectsCommunications planning, creation, and management for all related to the projects assignedHelp develop solution rollout plans with the wider Global Operations Team and Publicis Groupe contactsManage external service providers and task prioritization of the project teamCreate and monitor the repositories that store project assets and resources for small and medium scale projectsIdentify improvement areas for the team and project, both internally and externallyResponsible for the management and correct distribution for assets/resources provided by the client.Qualifications
Qualifications:2-4 years Professional experience as a Project Manager, consultant or in a comparable functionCommitted, communicative, team-oriented, and able to make a convincing argumentCommunicating with international contacts in English (orally and in writing) is not a problem for you and you are familiar with the international media landscapeExperienced in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) Office tools, Project Management tools and digital marketing.Certification in PMI (CAPM, PMP), Agile, Lean Six Sigma – is a plus.A bachelor's degree in media, advertising, business administration, communications, or a comparable qualificationAdditional Information
